Critical Needs & Readiness Assessment

Through a series of conversations across your company and with key stakeholders, we will identify and assess relevant opportunites for leadership development, while keeping in mind strategic execution and cultural concerns.

Co-Design Structure & Key Outcomes

We will work with your internal leadership development staff (or your equivalent) to outline an appropriate structure and launch an implementation plan. During this process we would form a stakeholder coalition to steer the process.

Delivery

The delivery process is as follows: prototype development, testing, amendments, and execution. Viewscape works well with clients who are keen to tailor leadership topic to their specific contexts. As part of this process we prefer to develop prototypes that can be tested with a critical audience. We find that the context that is created then becomes a perfect match for your company's need, language and style.
